A Variety of Shooting Techniques/Playback Shooting with the Aperture and Shutter Speed Changed (Program Shift Mode) To shoot with the combination of the aperture and shutter speed (program) changed, follow the steps below. 1. Turn the Mode Dial to P. 2 2. Half-press the shutter button. The current combination of the F-value and shutter speed appears on the LCD monitor. 3. Release your finger from the shutter release button. 4. Turn the up-down dial to change the combination of the F-value and shutter speed. The combination of the F-value and shutter speed is displayed for about 10 seconds. During this period, change the combination using the up-down dial. 5. Shoot by half- or full-pressing the shutter button. 99

Speed Changed (Program Shift Mode)
To shoot with the combination of the aperture and shutter speed
(program) changed, follow the steps below.
1.
Turn the Mode Dial to P.
2.
Half-press the shutter button.
The current combination of the F-value
and shutter speed appears on the LCD
monitor.
3.
Release your finger from the
shutter release button.
4.
Turn the up-down dial to change
the combination of the F-value and
shutter speed.
The combination of the F-value and
shutter speed is displayed for about 10
seconds. During this period, change the
combination using the up-down dial.
5.
Shoot by half- or full-pressing the
shutter button.
