Troubleshooting Symptom Colors are blurry or there is white area around objects. Blotchy or mottled images. Cause Solution Color-to-color alignment is not correct. Perform an automatic color registration adjustment. For details, see Color Registration on page 157. The paper is too light or too thin. Compensate for the paper thickness. For details, see Adjusting Paper Type on page 158. The bias transfer voltage needs to Adjust the bias transfer roller.
