Copy Defaults Use this menu to set default copying behaviors. For details, see Selecting the Default Copy Settings on page 101. Item Color Collated Reduce/Enlarge Document Size Document Type Lighten/Darken Sharpness Auto Exposure Color Balance Red Color Balance Green Color Balance Blue Gray Balance N-up Margin Top/Bottom Margin Left/Right Margin Middle Description Specifies Black and White or Color output. Turns collation On or Off. Reduces or enlarges the copies. Specifies the size of the original. Specifies the type of the original. Lightens or darkens the output. Specifies the sharpness of the copies. Turns Auto Exposure On or Off when copying. Auto Exposure suppresses the document background of off-white colored paper and show-through when copying 2-sided thin paper. Adjusts the red levels of your copies. Adjusts the green levels of your copies. Adjusts the blue levels of your copies. Adjusts the gray balance of the copies to neutral gray. Use to copy two original page images onto one side of a sheet of paper:  Off  Auto (Autoscale)  ID Card Copy  Manual (Manual Scale) Turns On or Off the copy margins for the top and bottom of the page. Turns On or Off the copy margins for the left and right of the page. Turns On or Off the copy margins for the middle of the page. Use this menu to set default copying behaviors. For details, see

Color

Specifies Black and White or Color output.

Collated

Turns collation On or Off.

Reduce/Enlarge

Reduces or enlarges the copies.

Document Size

Specifies the size of the original.

Document Type

Specifies the type of the original.

Lighten/Darken

Lightens or darkens the output.

Sharpness

Specifies the sharpness of the copies.

Auto Exposure

Turns Auto Exposure On or Off when copying. Auto Exposure suppresses the document

background of off-white colored paper and show-through when copying 2-sided thin

paper.

Color Balance Red

Adjusts the red levels of your copies.

Color Balance Green

Adjusts the green levels of your copies.

Color Balance Blue

Adjusts the blue levels of your copies.

Gray Balance

Adjusts the gray balance of the copies to neutral gray.

N-up

Use to copy two original page images onto one side of a sheet of paper:
