Printing Specifying the Main Tray Settings for Printing Envelopes 1. On the printer control panel, press the System button. 2. To select Tray Settings, press the arrow buttons, then press OK. 3. At Main Tray, press OK. 4. Select Paper Type using the arrow buttons, then press OK. 5. Select Envelope using the arrow buttons, then press OK. 6. Press the Return button once. 7. Select Paper Size using the arrow buttons, then press OK. 8. Select the desired envelope size using the arrow buttons, then press OK. 9. To return to the Ready screen, press Return. Printing Envelopes From an Application 1. With the desired document or graphic open in your application, open the Print dialog box. For most software applications, click File > Print or press CTRL+P. 2. Select your printer, then click Properties to open the print driver dialog box. 3. Make selections from the driver tabs as desired, beginning with settings in the Paper/Output tab. 4. Click OK in the Properties window, then click OK in the Print window. Note: For illustrated instructions for printing on envelopes, refer to the Envelope/Paper Setup Navigator on the Paper/Output tab of the print driver.
