5 Troubleshooting Read this chapter to learn how to correct printer problems. If it looks like you are unable to fix the problem Turn the printer off, disconnect the power cord from the AC outlet/socket, and contact your dealer or Brother Customer Service for assistance. WARNING Do not make any changes or modifications to the equipment, as this may cause a fire or an electric shock. CAUTION Turn the printer off and disconnect the power cord from the AC outlet/socket before performing maintenance on the printer.
