SOLUTION: The SCSI controller has an internal and external cable attached to the same bus. Please disconnect the internal or external cable from the controller. If this controller supports multiple buses, the cable disconnected can be reattached to an available bus. ADU found drive was replaced, even though there was no problem with the volume. The configuration of the array controller has been updated. The array accelerator board may remain disabled until it is reinitialized. ADU has determined that the controller is running firmware that has been soft upgraded by the Compaq Upgrade Utility. However, the firmware running is not present on all drives. This could be caused by the addition of new drives in the system. The current cabling configuration is not supported. No action needs to be taken. Run the System Configuration Utility to reinitialize the array accelerator board. Run the Compaq Upgrade Utility to place the latest firmware on all drives.
