NOTICE: If the paper size is not specified, it outputs the header and footer at the position of A4 size by default. If the paper size is specified by lp command, the output position of the header or footer is not changed from the position of the paper size specified by txt2ps2. Specify the paper size at the same time when the header and footer option is used. Sometimes all pages are not printed despite specifying all page output when PostScript file conversion is specified. In such cases, specify output the top page only. By using TZ environmental variable, specify time zone (GMT etc.). -Hffont Specify the font to print the header and footer.
