Installing the right control panel Prerequisites Follow the safety guidelines listed in Safety instructions on page 71. Steps 1. Route the control panel cable through the side wall of the system. 2. Align the right control panel assembly with the control panel slot on the system. 3. Connect the control panel cable to the connector on the system board and lower the cable latch to secure the cable in place. 4. Installing the right control panel
Prerequisites
Follow the safety guidelines listed in
Safety instructions
on page 71.
Steps
1.
Route the control panel cable through the side wall of the system.
2.
Align the right control panel assembly with the control panel slot on the system.
3.
Connect the control panel cable to the connector on the system board and lower the cable latch to secure the cable in place.
4.
Using a Phillips #1 screwdriver, install the screw that secures the control panel to the system.

Using a Phillips #1 screwdriver, install the screws that secure the cable cover to the system.
