Setting a default printer
This section applies to the Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows NT 4.0,
Windows 2000, and Windows XP operating systems.
Step 1
From the
Start
menu, click
Settings
, and then click
Printers
.
Step 2
Select the printer you want to set as the default printer.
Step 3
From the
File
menu, click
Set As Default
. A check mark appears next to the
menu option.
