Make sure that the photosensor flags are not hindered. 3. Make sure that connectors J205 (for Tray 1) and J204 (for Tray 2) on the engine controller PCA are seated. The product is set for manual feed mode. Load the correct paper into the tray, and then press the OK button to clear the message. You can continue printing with the current print cartridge until redistributing the toner no longer yields acceptable print quality. The product cannot process the page.
