Chapter 1 - About the Printer Names and Descriptions of Front Panel Icons Icon Name Color Description Wi-Fi Communications Connectivity Bluetooth Media Configuration Error Ribbon Printhead Hot Printhead Lifted General Error Pause White Off Flashing white Off White Off Red Off Red Off Red Off Red Off Red Off Red Off White Off Wireless signal. Wireless radio disabled or not installed. Sending or receiving data. No data is being sent or received. Bluetooth is enabled. Bluetooth is disabled or not installed. Out of media or there is a problem with the media (jammed, not loaded correctly). If the printer has a label taken sensor installed and enabled, this icon indicates that a label has been printed but not yet removed. Media is available and loaded correctly. There is a printer configuration problem. There are no configuration problems. Ribbon is out or there is a problem with the ribbon. Ribbon is not having any problems or the printer is not configured to use ribbon. The printhead is too hot. The printhead temperature is normal and the printer is ready for printing. Printhead is lifted. Printhead is lowered. There is a printer problem not associated with one of the other icons. There are no general errors. The printer is paused.
