13 Settings [Custom Display Settings] Description Change the view of the main screen for the main menu and each mode in a user-friendly manner. [Restrict User Access] To display: [Utility] - [Administrator Settings] - [System Settings] - [Restrict User Access] You can restrict change and delete operations for each user. Also, you can delete registered copy programs. Settings [Copy Program Lock Settings] [Delete Saved Copy Program] [Restrict Access to Job Settings] [Restrict Operation] Description Restricts a change or deletion of the registered copy or image adjustment program name. This option can be specified for each program. Deletes a registered copy or image adjustment program. Select whether to allow the user to change information, such as destinations and senders' E-mail addresses. Specify items for which access is restricted. The default is [Allow] (without user authentication) or [Login User Address] (with user authentication enabled). Select whether to allow the user to overwrite or delete a registered overlay image. [Allow] is specified by default. Select whether to allow the user to register or change user's biometric or Card authentication information. [Restrict] is specified by default. Specify whether to allow users to change the settings for synchronizing user authentication and account track when user authentication and account track are enabled. This option is available when [Synchronize by User] is selected in [Administrator Settings] - [User Authentication/Account Track] - [General Settings] - [Synchronize User Authentication & Account Track].
