Selecting the Printer Settings 1 Access Memory Card, refer to Using the Memory Card on page 2-30. 2 Select [Data], [Program], [Font], or [Macro] under Read area. Memory Card Read Delete Printer menu Write Data List of Partitions Format Data Font Program Macro Language Data Font 3 Press or to select the data required and press [Enter]. Read Data The message Processing data appears Data Up and the reading of data from the memory card starts. DataH001 DataH002 DataH003 DataH004 DataH005 DataH006 DataH007 Down Printer menu - Hard Disk 4 After reading of data is finished, the display returns to the Printer menu screen. Deleting Data Deletes the selected data, program data, font data, macro data, and option language from the memory card. 1 Access Memory Card, refer to Using the Memory Card on page 2-30. 2 Press [Language], [Data], [Program], [Font], or [Macro] under Delete area.
