Printing 5 Under Form Size, enter the form's dimensions in the fields for Width and Length. In the case of 12x18 in. paper, you would enter 12.0 under Width and 18.0 under Length. 6 Specify the appropriate units of measurement. 7 Click the Add button to add the form to the Defined User Forms list, and then click OK to return to Printer Properties. 8 In Properties, under the Paper tab, make sure that your new custom form is displayed in the Form Type field. 9 Open your program and print your document. • If you are using a PCL (Printer Control Language) driver: 1 In your computer, go to Start Settings Control Panel. 2 Double-click the Printers folder and highlight your printer in the list by clicking it once, then select File Properties. 3 Click the Paper tab. Select File Server Properties. 3 Select the Forms tab, and then click the Create a new form box. 4 In the Form Description For field, enter a name for the custom form that you are defining. For example, enter Custom 12x18 in. 5 Under Measurements, enter the appropriate dimensions and margins for the form, as well as the units of measurement, Click Save Form to add the new form. 6 Click OK to return to the Printers folder.
