The time service mode can be switched either automatically or manually. When Manual is selected in the Time Service Switching Mode list, the current time service mode can be selected from the Current Mode list. Manual switching is possible only from an extension assigned as the operator or manager extension. When Automatic is selected, the current time service mode will switch to another time service mode at the time preprogrammed on the 9.1.5 Time Service [1-4] Time Setting screen. In addition, the time service modes are distinguished in the table with different colors. To change the time in the Time Table, click Time Setting. To change the color settings of each time service mode, click Day, Night, or Lunch.
