The PBX seizes the highest available outside (CO) line number when selecting an idle outside (CO) line automatically. If an unconnected outside (CO) line number is set to "Connect" and is numbered higher than any connected outside (CO) line number, the PBX will try to seize the unconnected outside (CO) line.
