9.6 DISA [6] 9.6.2 Automated Attendant [6-1] AA dial AA dial The Direct Inward System Access (DISA) Automated Attendant (AA) Service supports up to 3 levels of DISA outgoing messages (OGMs). These settings are available only when With AA is selected in DISA Incoming Call Dial Mode on the 9.6.1 Automated Attendant [6-1] screen.
