Multiple LOGO Changing or Erasing the Multiple LOGO If you have to change or erase any of the Multiple LOGOs, follow the steps below. 1 7 SET MODE (1-8) ENTER NO. OR ∨∧ 2 4 KEY OPERATOR ID ENTER ID= 3 Enter the Key Operator Password (The factory default password is 00000000.) and press Set . 4 77 FAX PARAMETERS NO.= (01-169) LOGO/DEPT. CODE? MULTI LOGO 5 MULTI-LOGO ENTER NO. OR ∨∧ Advanced Features 6 Enter the LOGO number you wish to change or erase. Ex: 1 2 (01 to 24) 7 then enter a new LOGO (See Note 1 and 2). Ex: P A N A F A X Abbr Dial/Space SAL ES or just go to step 8 to erase the LOGO. 8 LOGO/DEPT. NAME 12 ANASONIC SAL LOGO/DEPT. NAME 12 LOGO/DEPT. NAME 12 ANAFAX SALES LOGO/DEPT. NAME 13 To return to standby, press Stop . NOTE 1. If you make a mistake, use to move the cursor beyond the incorrect character, press Clear then re-enter the correct LOGO. 2. Use Copy to copy the default LOGO which is set in the User Parameters. You can add the department name following the default LOGO. 119
