Making Copies Copies Your machine has a copy function for single or multiple copies. 1 Set document(s) face up. 2 3 Enter the number of copies. OF COPY=10 * STORE * NO.001 PAGES=001 01% * COPY * 01/10 Basic Operations NOTE 1. The copy will be reduced automatically depending on the length of the original document. If you wish to be prompted for the reduction ratio when making copies, change the setting of Fax Parameter No. 32 (COPY REDUCTION) to "MANUAL". (See page 39) If Copy Reduction is set to Manual, press and to set the zoom ratio in 1% steps. (100% to 72%) 2. If you made a copy with Super Fine resolution, it will be reduced slightly even if the reduction ratio is set to 100% in order to fit the data on one page. 3. You can change the Contrast and Resolution without Standard Resolution in Copy Mode. 75

Making Copies
Your machine has a copy function for single or multiple copies.
NOTE
1.
The copy will be reduced automatically depending on the length of the original document. If
you wish to be prompted for the reduction ratio when making copies, change the setting of Fax
Parameter No. 32 (COPY REDUCTION) to "MANUAL".
