Receiving Documents Receiving Oversize Documents If the received document is extremely long (over 39% longer than the recording paper), the document will be divided into separate pages. When printing on separate pages, the bottom 10 mm (0.4") of the first page will be overlapped on the top of the next page. Transmitted Document Received Document Overlap print. 10 mm (0.4") The received document is divided into two sheets with overlap printing. Basic Operations NOTE 1. If the reduction method is set to the Automatic Reduction mode, the document is printed out with no reduction when printing out separate pages. If the reduction method is set to the Fixed Reduction mode, the document is printed out by the ratio you set in Fax Parameter No. 25. (See page 39) 73

Operations
If the received document is extremely long (over 39% longer than the recording paper), the document will be
divided into separate pages.
When printing on separate pages, the bottom 10 mm (0.4”) of the first page will
be overlapped on the top of the next page.
NOTE
1.
If the reduction method is set to the Automatic Reduction mode, the document is printed out
with no reduction when printing out separate pages. If the reduction method is set to the Fixed
Reduction mode, the document is printed out by the ratio you set in Fax Parameter No. 25.
