Understand your phone The antenna Avoid touching the antenna while your phone is on. Contact with the antenna affects call quality and may cause the phone to operate at a higher power level than necessary. Backlight features You can choose the amount of time that the display and backlight remain illuminated after a period of inactivity. Keep in mind that increasing the time the backlight stays on will reduce the battery life between charging. Folder Open enables the keypad or display backlight to remain on as long as the folder is open. 1. In standby mode, press the left soft key ( ) Menu. 2. Press (Settings), (Display), (Backlight).
