The in-use option

The in-use option Access numerous menus and features even while in a call. If the call is disconnected while accessing the In-Use Option, the In-Use Option disappears from the display and the phone eventually returns to standby mode. 1. While in a call, press the left soft key Option ( ). The menu items in the following table appear in the display. Display the recent call menu for incoming, outgoing, and missed calls. Open the Messages menu. Turn keypad tones on or off. View the phone number assigned to your phone by Verizon Wireless. View the software and hardware version information for your phone. When enabled this turns on advanced voice encryption. Turn the GPS setting to Location on or 911 only. Record a voice memo. 2. Use the navigation key to highlight a menu. Press to open the highlighted menu or to activate the feature. 26
