Warning indicators and messages If indicators and messages appear on the screen, check the following: See the page in parentheses "( )" for more information. Warning indicators 100-0001 C:21:00 100-0001 Warning indicator as to file Slow flashing: •The file is corrupted. •The file is unreadable. •You are trying to carry out MEMORY MIX function on moving picture (p. 133). C:21:00 Self-diagnosis display (p. 200) E The battery is dead or nearly dead Slow flashing: •The battery is nearly dead. Depending on operational, environmental or battery conditions the E indicator may flash, even if there are approximately five to 10 minutes remaining. Fast flashing: •The battery is dead. % Moisture condensation has occurred* Fast flashing: •Eject the cassette, turn off your camcorder, and leave it for about one hour with the cassette compartment open (p. 209). Warning indicator as to cassette memory* Slow flashing: •No cassette with cassette memory is inserted (p. 203). Warning indicator as to "Memory Stick"* Slow flashing: • No "Memory Stick" is inserted. •The write-protect switch on the "Memory Stick" is set to LOCK (p. 113). Fast flashing: •The "Memory Stick" is not readable with your camcorder (p. 113). •The image cannot be recorded on "Memory Stick."
