Transferring data from another CLIÉ™ handheld Transferring data using Palm™ Desktop for CLIÉ For data of the basic Palm OS® applications such as Date Book, Address Book, To Do List, and Memo Pad, you can use Palm™ Desktop for CLIÉ to transfer data from your old CLIÉ handheld to your new CLIÉ handheld, by exporting and importing data. Your old CLIÉ handheld Palm Desktop for CLIÉ supplied with your new CLIÉ handheld Your new CLIÉ handheld (Destination) HotSync HotSync exporting and importing data Note To transfer data from your old CLIÉ handheld to your new CLIÉ handheld, use Palm™ Desktop for CLIÉ supplied with your new CLIÉ handheld, and perform the HotSync® operation with your old CLIÉ handheld. Exporting data from your old CLIÉ handheld to your computer You can export the data of Date Book, Address Book, To Do List, and Memo Pad to your computer from your old CLIÉ handheld.
