The Grand Tour Caps Lock Arrow mode Numeric mode This indicator glows green when the alphabet keys are locked in uppercase. When the Arrow mode indicator lights green, you can use the keypad overlay (gray labeled keys) as cursor keys. Refer to the Keypad overlay section in Chapter 5, The Keyboard. You can use the keypad overlay (gray labeled keys) for numeric input when the Numeric mode indicator lights green. Refer to the Keypad overlay section in Chapter 5, The Keyboard. USB floppy disk drive (optional) An optional external 3 1/2" floppy disk drive accommodates 1.44-megabyte or 720-kilobyte diskettes. It connects to the USB port. DISK-IN-USE INDICATOR Disk-In-Use Indicator Diskette slot Eject button DISKETTE SLOT EJECT BUTTON USB floppy disk drive This indicator lights when the diskette is being accessed. Insert a diskette in this slot. When a diskette is fully seated in the drive, the eject button pops out. To remove a diskette, push in the eject button and the diskette pops out partially for removal. Check the Disk-In-Use indicator when you use the floppy disk drive. Do not press the eject button or turn off the computer while the light is glowing. Doing so could destroy data and damage the diskette or the drive. TECRA M2 2-13
