Cleaning the Printer
To keep your printer operating at its best, you should clean it
thoroughly several times a year. Follow these steps:
1.
Turn off the printer and remove any paper as well as the paper
guide. If an optional cut-sheet feeder is installed, remove it.
2.
Use a soft brush to carefully brush away all dust and dirt from
the other case.
3.
If the outer case and the paper guide are still dirty or dusty,
clean them with a soft, clean cloth dampened with mild
detergent dissolved in water. Keep the printer cover closed to
prevent water from getting inside the printer.
