Follow these step s to load single sheets: 1. Make sure that the p rinter is off and the paper guide is attached as d escribed in Chap ter 1. Then close the sp rocket covers and p u sh d ow n the sp rocket lock levers to lock the sp rocket u nits in p lace. 3 2. Set the p ap er release lever to the single-sheet p osition as show n below . Follow these steps to load single sheets:
1.
Make sure that the printer is off and the paper guide is attached
as described in Chapter 1. Then close the sprocket covers and
push down the sprocket lock levers to lock the sprocket units
in place.
2.
Set the paper release lever to the single-sheet position as shown
below. Also make sure the paper thickness lever is set to “0” if
you are using ordinary single-sheet paper.

Press the
Operate
button to turn on the printer.
