Emergency stop buttons There are four emergency stop buttons distributed around the printer. If an emergency occurs, simply push one of the emergency stop buttons to stop speed. Ensure that all emergency stop buttons are released before restarting the printer. 10. Remove the plastic tie securing the spindle and the tape covering the air valve. 11. Remove the ink system compartment strap from the printer. 12. Tri-phase Power Cord attachment 1. The Tri-phase AC power cord must be attached to the back of the Main Switch. 2. Back of the Main Switch is shown below: This Main Switch is made by two blocks of identical size, each one having three contacts. The AC power cords (tri-phase and single-phase) have to be screwed to the bottom terminals of the switch. Add adequate ferrules on power cord cable terminations. In total there are 6 terminals to attach wires, and only 5 of them are to be used. NOTE: The covers are wrapped in plastic, and the screws are inside the packaging. It is recommended to install the covers last, in case of any issue that may require you to remove the covers.
