Before using for the first time Accessories / Oven interior  Remove all accessories from the steam oven.  Wash them by hand using hot water and a soft clean sponge and a mild solution of warm water and liquid dish soap or in the dishwasher. Risk of damage to the surfaces of the universal tray and the wire oven rack. The universal tray and wire oven rack are treated with PerfectClean and must only be cleaned by hand. See "Cleaning and care - PerfectClean" for more information.  Clean the universal tray and wire oven rack with a solution of warm water and liquid dish soap applied with a soft sponge. The interior of the steam oven has been treated at the factory with a conditioning agent.  To remove this, clean the oven interior with warm water and liquid dish soap and then dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. Setting the water hardness level The steam oven is factory set for Hard water. It must be adjusted local water hardness to ensure trouble-free operation and to ensure that descaling is carried out at the correct interval. The harder the water, the more often it will need to be descaled.  Check the hardness of your local water supply and adjust the water hardness as necessary (see "Settings Water hardness"). 33
