The machine automatically changes to Memory Transmission when you use Group Dial. 2 ❒ A total of 500 destinations (per message) can be programmed for Group Dial. C Press [OK]. Using Destination Lists When you program a destination number into a destination list, you can specify the destination by just selecting the Quick Dial key from the destination list. The programmed name appears on Quick Dial key. Pressing switch the destination list between fax number, e-mail ad- dress, and IP-Fax number. If you program multiple destinations into a Group, you can send messages to all destinations in that Group using just a few keystrokes. Destinations programmed in a group are indicated by .
