Accounting and Billing Billable events do not include the following: • Blank sides inserted by the system; for example, the last page of an odd-numbered 2-sided job. • Any partial sets generated when the system fault recovery forces the job to be saved or cancelled during printing. • Slip sheets. • Blank sheets. • Blank sides created as part of the job. • Fuser cleanup sheets. • Waste sheets that are manually removed from the feeders and print engine. • Sheets purged by the system for fault recovery or image quality adjustment. Billing meters The Xerox Billing Meter window tracks the time and date of the last meter read and the following Print Billing Report options are retained between restarts: • Queue name for printing the Billing Report. • Customer ID (Customer Name) • Machine ID (serial number). The printing information is pre-loaded and only needs to be entered once in the system. The customer or service representative completes the entry and prints the Billing report. This stores the values. But if the values stored are in error in some way, they are editable. NOTE: Tables 6-1, 6-2, and 6-3 show all meters for all printers and for all market regions. Billing meters
