Replace them if necessary. Verify that power to the outlet has not been interrupted. Check the PSUs. If a PSU has failed, replace it. See Replacing a Power Supply Unit on page 5-11 for detailed instructions. If the DuraStor 312R still fails to respond, contact Adaptec Technical Support. The Power Supply LED on the front bezel is amber. Ensure that both PSUs are functioning normally. If a power supply has failed, replace it. See Replacing a Power Supply Unit on page 5-11. Ensure that both PSUs are installed. If a PSU is missing, replace it. See Replacing a Power Supply Unit on page 5-11. Ensure that proper AC power is available to the PSUs. Ensure that the PSUs are turned on. Ensure that power to the outlet has not been interrupted The Fan Status LED is solid amber. A cooling fan has failed. Replace the cooling fan module. See Replacing the Cooling Fan Module on page 5-10. The Drive Status LED is not on and a disk drive is present in the slot. There may be a fault on the disk I/O card. Problems with the DuraStor 312R Storage
Enclosure
The enclosure fails to power on.
Verify that the power cords are plugged in properly. Replace them
if necessary.
