simultaneously, there is a fault condition on that controller.
Audible Alarm
An audible alarm sounds when the Fault LED lights up, or when
the RAID appliance’s temperature or voltage enters warning or
shutdown range.
You can silence the alarm by touching any button on the OCP.
The temperature and voltage thresholds for each alarm are shown

RAID appliance Alarm Thresholds and Response Information
Alarm Threshold
What to Do When the Alarm Sounds
CPU temperature:
Warning—0 °C to 5 °C and
65 °C to 70 °C
Shutdown—0 °C and 70 °C,
<0 °C, >70 °C
Check your system monitor to
see what the alarm means.
Check the ambient temperature
and lower it if needed.
(Ambient temperature should
be less than 45 °C.)
Onboard temperature:
Warning—0 °C to 5 °C and
45 °C to 50 °C
Shutdown—0 °C and 50 °C,
<0 °C, >50 °C
Same as for the CPU
temperature.
VCC Voltage:
Warning—5 V -3.5% and +6.5%
Shutdown—5 V -6.5% and
+10%
Check your system monitor to
see what the alarm means.
If it is a warning alarm, let the
controller continue to operate.
If it is a shutdown alarm, turn
off the power to the controller,
remove it, and send it for
service.
12V Voltage:
Warning—12 V -8% and +8%
Shutdown—12 V -10% and
+10%
Same as for VCC voltage.
