Deleting a custom white point or ambient light setting

2 Choose an ambient light setting from the Custom Ambient Light pop-up menu. Note: If you haven't created an ambient light setting for your display, the Custom pop-up menu is dimmed. For information on creating an ambient light setting, see "Creating an Ambient Light Setting" earlier in this chapter. 3 Click Recalibrate. After several seconds, your display is recalibrated using the ambient light setting you selected. 4 Close the AppleVision Setup control panel. Deleting a custom white point or ambient light setting Custom white points for your display appear in the Custom White Point popup menu. Ambient light settings appear in the Custom Ambient Light pop-up menu. To delete a setting from the pop-up menu: 1 Open the AppleVision Setup control panel and click the Color button. The Color window appears. 2 Open the Custom White Point or Ambient Light pop-up menu and choose the setting you want to delete. 3 Close the menu. The setting you selected is now the current setting in the pop-up menu and a checkmark appears next to the setting name. 54 Chapter 4

Choose an ambient light setting from the Custom Ambient Light pop-up menu.
Note:
If you haven’t created an ambient light setting for your display, the
Custom pop-up menu is dimmed. For information on creating an ambient
light setting, see “Creating an Ambient Light Setting” earlier in this chapter.

Click Recalibrate.
After several seconds, your display is recalibrated using the ambient light
setting you selected.

Close the AppleVision Setup control panel.
Deleting a custom white point or ambient light setting
Custom white points for your display appear in the Custom White Point pop-
up menu. Ambient light settings appear in the Custom Ambient Light pop-up
menu. To delete a setting from the pop-up menu:

Open the AppleVision Setup control panel and click the Color button.
The Color window appears.

Open the Custom White Point or Ambient Light pop-up menu and choose the setting you
want to delete.

Close the menu.
The setting you selected is now the current setting in the pop-up menu and a
checkmark appears next to the setting name.
