The Sound window of the AppleVision Setup control panel appears. Click to mute the display's built-in speakers and headphones. Drag the slider control to adjust speaker volume. Mutes display speakers when headphones (or other sound equipment) are attached to the display's sound output port Note: If you have more than one display attached to your computer, the settings in the Sound window of the AppleVision Setup control panel apply only to the display listed near the top of the window. For more information, see "Using More Than One Display" in Chapter 3. 3 Use the Speaker Volume slider to adjust speaker volume. Drag the slider control to the left to decrease volume. Drag the slider control to the right to increase volume. 4 If desired, adjust treble and bass. Use the Treble slider to adjust treble and the Bass slider to adjust bass. 5 Adjust headphone volume. The Headphone Volume slider controls the volume of any equipment connected to the sound output port (marked by f) on your AppleVision 1710AV Display. 78 Chapter 5
