2 Select a gamma value. Click to select a standard gamma value. Click to leave gamma value uncorrected. Typically, you select a gamma value that is compatible with the image you're displaying. Color images that have important details in highlights or shadows may need a different gamma value than standard images. When you select a gamma value, the picture of the curve changes to show the new value. 1.0 gamma value 2.2 gamma value 3 Click Recalibrate. After several seconds, your display is recalibrated using the gamma value you specified. 4 After you've adjusted the gamma value, you can make another color adjustment or close the AppleVision Setup control panel. 56 Chapter 4
