To accept an invitation 1 When you are invited to join a meeting, the Incoming Call dialog box is displayed. 2 Click the Accept button to join the meeting, or Ignore to decline the invitation. This information can, however, be updated on their machines by refreshing the model. To accept an invitation

When you are invited to join a meeting, the Incoming Call dialog box is displayed.

Click the Accept button to join the meeting, or Ignore to decline the invitation.

NOTE

Once you have accepted a call, you will need to click the Collaborate

button on the Collaborate toolbar

to start your own collaboration session.
