Memo The maximum buttonhole length is 28 mm (approx. 11/6 inches) (diameter + thickness of the button). d Hold the outside frame of the buttonhole foot toward the back with your finger, and then lower the presser foot so that the mark on the fabric aligns with the marks on the buttonhole foot. a Ab c Pull out the button holder plate on the presser foot, and then insert the button that will be put through the buttonhole. * The size of the buttonhole is set by clamping the button in the button holder plate.
