Accessing the PVC300 PTZ Internet Camera Using 3GPP-Compatible Mobile Devices 3 Using 3GPP-Compatible Mobile Devices To view the streaming media through 3GPP-compatible mobile devices, make sure the PVC300 PTZ Internet Camera can be accessed from the Internet.
