Setting Camera Audio Functions This Folder has only one section, Audio Settings. This tab is used to set up the Internet Camera audio functions. Disable Audio Checkbox-Select this option to disable audio transmission from the PVC300 PTZ Internet Camera to all clients. Note that if mute mode is turned on, no audio data will be transmitted to all clients even though the audio transmission is enabled in the Client Settings page. Internal Microphone Gain-Select the gain of the internal audio input according to ambient conditions. Adjust the gain in thirty three steps from +12 db (most sensitive) ~ -34.5 db (least sensitive). External Microphone Gain-There are two options for external microphone input gain: 0db and 20db. Audio Source-Select either internal or external microphone. Audio type-Select an audio codec (AAC or GSM-AMR). NOTE: The PVC300 PTZ Internet Camera offers two inputs to capture audio: internal microphone or external microphone. Two Way Audio Type-Select Talk Only, Listen Only, or Two Way Audio. The first two options Talk Only and Listen Only) are not full duplex to eliminate any echoes that may be present. Both AAC and GSM-AMR bit rates are adjustable. • In Listen Only mode, your computer speakers are enabled and your camera's microphone is enabled.
