In the MIDI tab page, you can map effects for MIDI playback. To set the effect amount, insert the controller command when you are authoring a MIDI file in a MIDI sequencer program such as CakeWalk. To configure effects for MIDI playback: 1. In the Environmental Audio Control dialog, click 2 the MIDI tab. 1 2. To assign a MIDI controller to an effect, click the Controller value in the Effects list and select from the drop-down list displayed. When you are satisfied with the configuration, save the settings into the current environment or, in the case of a default environment, save the settings as a new environment by typing a new name or the name of an existing custom environment in the Environment box, and then click the Save button.
