To connect external devices to an HP NetRAID adapter's internal port, use the D4983A cable kit. Order Assistant is available on the Internet at http://www.hp.com/go/netserver HP NetRAID-1 The HP NetRAID-1 adapter supports one SCSI channel and has both an internal and an external connector. Both internal and external connections support: • Fast/Wide SCSI (at data transfer rates of up to 20 MB/sec per channel) • Ultra/Wide SCSI (at data transfer rates of up to 40 MB/sec per channel) The HP NetRAID-1 adapter supports a maximum of six to eight devices depending on the HP system and enclosure used. 4
