A client of the Monitor timed out without reporting the results of the operation. In this situation, the IOP joining process is aborted, and the IOP does not become active. The joining IOP is marked faulted. IOPn.MtcMon status: IOPx is faulted and requires repair. This message reflects a problem with the Endurance server software components. • Examine the configuration information for the specified client for inconsistencies across IOPs. • Examine the event log for related messages from the client itself that provide more information regarding the nature of the failure. • Once you resolve the configuration problem, issue an IOP Enable Operation command.
