Severity Error Description An IOP join response was received, but joining is no longer in progress. A previous join request may have timed out, or there is an error in the Video Provider joining protocol. Action Contact your service provider for assistance. IOPn.MtcVidP status: Protocol version mismatch between the Video Provider and the Keyboard Pointer Provider. Severity Error Description The versions of the Video Provider and the Keyboard Pointer Provider on the IOP where the error is logged are incompatible. Action • Reinstall the HP NetServer AA IOP software. • Reboot the IOP. IOPn.MtcVidP status: The Video Redirector and the Video Provider are Incompatible. Severity Error Description This message occurs during CE boot when the Video Redirector notifies the Video Provider that it is initializing. It indicates that incompatible versions of the Video Redirector and Provider software are running on the CE and IOPs. Action • Use the HP NetServer AA Manager to obtain the revision information for MtcVidP on the IOPs and MtcVidR on the CE. • If reported following a software upgrade, reapply the upgrade to the CE and IOPs. • If the error persists, contact your service provider for assistance.
