Severity Error Description This message displays in a Windows NT blue screen on a monitor attached directly to a CE during CE operating system boot if the HP NetServer AA CE Transport cannot activate a MIC connection to any IOP. The CE operating system boot terminates. Related Messages MtcCEX: Could not transition IOPx MIC port to ACTIVE. Hardware/Software This message is most likely the result of a failure of the CE MIC adapter. Action • If CE boot does not succeed after retrying, replace the CE MIC. • If the problem persists, contact your service provider for assistance. MtcCEX: Could not transition IOPx MIC port to ACTIVE.
