Variables x - the ID of the remote IOP Severity Error Description When an IOP is attempting initialization with a remote IOP, the lists of clients registered with the Monitor are compared between the two IOPs. A discrepancy was detected between the two lists. The initializing IOP is marked faulted until you resolve the situation by manual intervention. Related Messages IOPn.MtcMon status: IOPx initialization failed. IOPn.MtcMon status: IOPx is faulted and requires repair. Hardware/Software This message is the result of a software error indicating that the configurations differ between the two IOPs. The client lists represent the I/O services that are redirected by the Endurance server. Action • Rerun the configuration process performed during installation and ensure that the same I/O services are specified in both IOPs. • Manually clear the faulted state of the IOP by issuing an IOP Enable Operation command and rebooting the IOP. Refer to Chapter 9 in HP NetServer AA Solution Administrator's Guide for information about how to reboot an IOP.
