Printing Images Directly from the Camera NOTE You can also use the optional HP 8881 camera dock to do this task. See Appendix B: Camera Dock on page 129. You can connect the camera directly to any HP Photosmart printer or to any other HP printer with a front panel USB port, then either print all images in the camera, or just those images you have selected using the camera Print button (see Selecting Images for Printing on page 60). 1 Check that the printer is turned on and is connected to the computer. There should be no blinking lights on the printer or error messages displayed about the printer. Load paper into the printer, if needed. 2 Your camera came with a special USB cable for connecting the camera directly to a printer. Connect the square end of the USB cable to the printer. 3 Open the rubber door on the MF side of the camera and connect the small end of the USB cable to the USB connector on the camera. You can connect the camera directly to any HP Photosmart
printer or to any other HP printer with a front panel USB port,
then either print all images in the camera, or just those images
you have selected using the camera

Check that the printer is turned on and is connected to the
