Reinstalling the processor housing assembly: To reinstall the processor housing assembly: 1. With the processor housing assembly positioned so that the processors are pointing downward and the latches 8 are closed, align the processor housing assembly with the guides on the inside walls of the server. Attention To avoid injury, do not place your fingers immediately behind the latches at the top of the processor housing assembly. 2. Grasp the bottom sides of the processor housing assembly. Slide the processor housing assembly partially into the server; then, open the latches fully. 3. Lift and slide the assembly into the server until it stops. 4. Close the processor housing assembly latches. 5. Reinstall the three processor fans: a. Insert the fans in the server. Align the tabs on the bottom edge of the fans with the matching slots in the server chassis. b. When you have the fans correctly seated, press the fasteners in the top center of the fans to secure the fans in the server. 6. Reinstall the front bezel (see "Installing the front bezel" on page 58). 7. If you have other options to install or remove, do so now; otherwise, continue with "Completing the installation" on page 56. Netfinity 8500R - Type 8681 159
