If a slim-high drive is installed, make sure that the slim filler bezel is installed. Each power supply bay has a power supply installed. The top cover is in place during normal operation. If the server is on, do not leave the top cover off for more than 30 minutes at a time. The memory-access panel is in place during normal operation. To leave sufficient space around the server to allow the server cooling system to work properly. A fan that has failed (indicated by a lit amber LED) is replaced as soon as convenient to help maintain the redundant cooling capability.
