Power supply LED errors Use the power supply LED information on the following page to trouble shoot power supply problems. Note The minimum configuration required for the DC Good light to come on is: I/O Board Midplane Power Control Card Processor Controller Card Memory Carrier 128MB DIMM Power Supply (one or more) Important If you cannot power the system off with the front panel switch: 1. If ACPI is enabled (operating system dependant), you must hold the power button for 5 seconds. 2. Disconnect the AC power. 3. Remove the I/O function card. 4. Remove the battery on the I/O Function card. 5. On the I/O function card, move J15 jumper from pins 1 and 2 to pins 2 and 3. 6. Wait a minimum of five minutes. 7. On the I/O function card, move J15 jumper back from pins 2 and 3 to pins 1 and 2. 8. Reinstall the battery on the I/O function card. 9. Reinstall the I/O function card in the server. 10. Restore AC power to the server. 11. Power-on the server. 12. Reconfigure the server using the configuration/setup utility. Table 15 (Page 1 of 2).
